SUBJECT
Choose the main subject's appearance and clothing, or optionally attach an identity reference. When a reference is supplied, preserve that person's identity and original outfit without copying its background or layout. The scene and camera placement below take priority over showing facial detail.

SCENE AND CAMERA
Photograph a timber house from its dark garden at night. Place a 50mm-equivalent rectilinear camera approximately five metres from a window at 1.35 metres height. Dark exterior boards, the weathered window frame and softly out-of-focus foreground foliage surround a closed cream curtain glowing from within. The camera remains entirely outside the house.

The subject stands inside behind the diffusing, closely woven curtain, holding a sledgehammer low beside the right leg. A warm room lamp behind the subject sends light toward the curtain. Body and tool block this light, so the camera sees only a realistically projected shadow on the fabric. The curtain covers the complete figure and tool continuously; no gap reveals them directly. No frontal light reveals skin or clothes.

Give the human shadow a dense warm-charcoal interior and naturally softened edges. Head, neck, arms, torso, hips and legs form one coherent shadow of almost the same density. Torso and hips merge without a horizontal waistband or shirt hem. Keep only the outer human contour and the necessary negative space between arm, torso and legs. Do not show neckline, straps, folds of clothing, seams, pockets, belt, skin-versus-cloth brightness changes, facial planes or eyes. The face is a featureless shadow with a softly blurred outer profile.

The curtain's own linen weave and vertical folds continue uninterrupted across the shadow. Subtle internal shading follows the fabric, never the hidden anatomy or clothes. Use a slight natural penumbra around head and shoulders, so the silhouette is an obstruction of light integrated into cloth, not a flat vector cutout or digital overlay. Keep the fabric weave in focus while the projected shadow edges remain soft.

The right hand grips the sledgehammer handle beside the leg. Its shaft and heavy perpendicular block-shaped head appear only as softer connected shadows of the same density as the body. Their scale and hanging weight are plausible; there is no visible wood grain or metal detail. The hammer is lowered and still, never raised or swinging. Cool dark exterior tones surround controlled warm gold room light. Preserve restrained psychological-thriller stillness; do not open the curtain or reveal the face to display identity.

COLOR GRADE
Apply a rich, naturalistic cinematic grade: deep steel-to-slate blues, luminous golden accents, grounded olive greens and warm stone neutrals where those colors occur. Preserve the scene's light sources and time of day, natural skin tones and recognizable garment colors. Keep firm contrast, deep readable blacks, detailed midtones, controlled bright highlights and crisp photographic texture. Use only subtle grain. Avoid washed blacks, artificial teal-orange separation, excessive HDR, plastic skin, heavy grain, broad bloom and diffusion haze.

IMAGE CONSTRAINTS
No writing, letters, numbers, signage, branding, logos, labels, watermarks or captions anywhere in the image. Keep relevant surfaces plain and unlettered. One separate photograph only; no border, montage, split screen or contact sheet.
