Privacy policy for brutalisti.fi · Last updated 21 October 2026
You can explore Brutalisti and copy prompts without creating an account. Optional Google Analytics starts only after you accept analytics. Declining does not limit the library.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller for Brutalisti is Tekoälyköt, Finland, business ID 2004775-4 (VAT ID FI20047754). For privacy questions or requests, email brutalisti69@gmail.com.
2. Information needed to run the website
Our hosting provider, Vercel, and our content and image delivery provider, Sanity, process technical request data to deliver pages and images and protect their services. This may include your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error or security logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Public browsing does not require a login. Administrative login and preview features are for site editors and may use essential authentication cookies. Fonts are served with the website.
3. Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit, how they reach the site and where prompts are copied. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Analytics data includes page views, visit and engagement information, successful prompt-copy events, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Google processes your IP address to provide the service and derive approximate location; Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses from EU, UK or Swiss users in Analytics.
We do not send the contents of your clipboard, copied prompts, on-site search text, names or email addresses to Analytics. Our page-view tracking removes URL query strings and fragments. We do not enable Google signals, advertising personalisation or Google Ads tracking on this website.
Before you consent, or when you reject analytics, we do not load the Google Analytics script or send analytics events to Google. Analytics is also excluded from the content editor, draft previews and Vercel preview domains.
4. Cookies and your choices
- Privacy preference: we store your choice, the time of your choice, its expiry and the notice version in your browser’s local storage under
brutalisti-analytics-consent. It lasts 180 days and is used only to remember your choice. - Google Analytics cookies: after acceptance,
_gadistinguishes browsers and_ga_…maintains session information. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days without extending their lifetime on every visit. Your browser may delete them sooner.
You can accept or reject analytics using the banner, or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking, removes the Analytics cookies we can access on this domain and reloads the page to unload Analytics. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or automatically delete data already sent to Google.
Clearing browser storage also clears your saved preference. If your browser blocks local storage, your choice can apply only to the current page. You can additionally manage cookies through your browser settings.
5. Providers and international processing
We use Google for optional analytics, Vercel for hosting and Sanity for content and image delivery. If you email us, your message and email address are processed to handle your request, including through our email provider, Google. We do not sell your personal data.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their applicable data-processing terms describe the safeguards for international transfers, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
Further information: Google Privacy Policy, Google’s data-processing terms, Vercel Privacy Notice and Sanity Privacy Policy.
6. How long information is kept
Your browser’s privacy preference and our configured Analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Our Google Analytics property retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data retention period restarts when Google records new activity for that user. Aggregated reports may be kept longer. Technical logs follow the relevant provider’s service retention and security requirements. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and meet applicable legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact brutalisti69@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We may need enough information to verify and locate the data concerned; we cannot reliably identify an Analytics record from an email address alone.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland or your local data protection authority. We do not use this website’s data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
8. External services and policy updates
Links to other websites and any image-generation tools you choose to use are governed by their own privacy policies. This policy covers Brutalisti. We update this page when our processing changes and request fresh consent when a change requires it.
